2. Racing & Off-Road Competition Exclusion

The consumer explicitly recognizes that the operational lifecycle of aftermarket automotive parts is highly dependent on environmental variables and installation accuracy.

**Any component that exhibits signs of use in competitive racing, track events, extreme off-road exhibition runs, or forced-induction configurations exceeding factory-rated tolerances is completely excluded from structural warranty coverage.** High-stress performance use dramatically increases mechanical wear, and components operating under these conditions are utilized entirely at the consumer's risk.

Dominance Inc. requires that all purchased components be handled and integrated by professional, certified technicians who follow standards set by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).

5. How to Initiate a Warranty Inspection (RMA Process)

If you discover a structural defect in your hardware before installation or within the coverage window, you must secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping any hardware back to our logistics facility at 2340 W Broadway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041.

To submit a claim, provide our team with clear digital photography detailing the structural anomalies, proof of professional installation, and your original purchase order sheet.
